Strapped deadlifts 5/3/1 F/S/L 285×12            250×5            220×5 Bicep/hammer curls 12s- 100 reps across 5 sets Upright rows- 40x8, 60x25 Back extensions : 12,16 Weight is at 209.4

Foam Rolling- 90 secs Banded face pulls- 2x25 Bench 5/3/1 FSL- warmup then- 140x14, 125x5, 105x5 Incline bench- 135- 3x8 Machine Chest press- 45 each sidex8, 45+25 x16 Arnold Press- 25 for a 3x8, tried to do 40's and could only do 3 Lateral raises- 2x12 with 12 pound dumbbells, 20 pounds x8, 10 pounds x 10,8 Supersetted back work (lat pulldowns, db rows and rear delt flyes throughout the workout) did roughly 150 reps of back work in total. I was out of breathe and sweating throughout the workout and really upped my rest times towards the end. Entire workout took about 1 hour and 40 mins. Going to attempt to get the same workout done in under 1.5 hours in the upcoming weeks. Current weight is 215 at 5'10.

Introduction and Goals

  Thank you for visiting my blog. These posts will cover my training logs and fitness goals for 2018. Any suggestions,  feedback or  commentary are welcome. I'm a 22 year old male working on being a stronger, bigger, leaner and overall better physical specimen. My main priority atm is getting leaner. I'm currently a very sloppy 215 pounds and losing fat is my main priority. It would be nice to get bigger and stronger in the upcoming months  but I will not do those things at the expense of leaning out. The following lifts are my current prs and have been accomplished within 2017.   Bench press: 135x21   Front squat:225x5   Strapped Deadlift: 275x14   Strict ohp:135x5  I consider myself a novice lifter and am running 5/3/1 for my bench press and incline.
