Introduction and Goals
Thank you for visiting my blog. These posts will cover my training logs and fitness goals for 2018. Any suggestions, feedback or commentary are welcome. I'm a 22 year old male working on being a stronger, bigger, leaner and overall better physical specimen. My main priority atm is getting leaner. I'm currently a very sloppy 215 pounds and losing fat is my main priority. It would be nice to get bigger and stronger in the upcoming months but I will not do those things at the expense of leaning out. The following lifts are my current prs and have been accomplished within 2017.
Bench press: 135x21
Front squat:225x5
Strapped Deadlift: 275x14
Strict ohp:135x5
I consider myself a novice lifter and am running 5/3/1 for my bench press and incline. Thank you for reading and lift away!
